1. Advisory nature of services
All evaluations done by Ucredo are advisory in nature and do not preclude any institution or agency in making its own assessment of the educational documents submitted. Ucredo does not guarantee an evaluation outcome, and is not liable for any damages if the desired educational equivalency is not recommended in the report.
2. Authenticity of submissions
If we discover that any documents submitted for evaluation are altered, falsified, or forged, we will immediately cancel the evaluation process. If a deliberate forgery is detected, Ucredo reserves the right to inform appropriate parties for whom the evaluation was intended. If we learn of document forgery after an evaluation is completed, we reserve the right to void the evaluation and contact the appropriate parties for whom the evaluation was intended. No refunds will be issued.
3. Document verification
Ucredo reserves the right to contact educational and governmental institutions for additional information and/or verification of the authenticity of the credentials submitted.
4. Request for additional documents
If the information or documentation submitted for evaluation is incomplete or insufficient, Ucredo will send the applicant an initial request for information by email. If no response is received within 10 days, Ucredo will send two other reminders by email. If no response is received within 30 days of the third email, Ucredo will mark the application as abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned applications.Ucredo reserves the right to request original documents. An evaluation will be completed only after all requested information or documents has been received by Ucredo.
5. Limited liability
Evaluation time. Ucredo strives to complete all evaluations within the time frames indicated on our services page. However, Ucredo cannot guarantee all processing times and assumes no liability related to any unexpected evaluation delays.
Outcome of evaluation.Ucredo shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that an applicant may incur if the anticipated educational equivalency is not reflected in the evaluation report. Ucredo shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the evaluation report. Moreover, the applicant agrees to reimburse Ucredo for any and all costs, including legal expenses, which may incur as a result of any claim that the applicant (or a third party representing the applicant) may make, related to the outcome of the evaluation report.
Warranty. There is no warranty, explicit or implied, for any information or service provided by Ucredo. Ucredo does not assume any liability for services provided by third parties, such as mailing services or others. Ucredo is not responsible for any loss or damage or documents.
Liability limit.Under any circumstances, Ucredo's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the listed fees for the services offered. Ucredo shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity, or contribution, or any other claims related to the services it offers which exceed the liability limit. Ucredo shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the consumer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Ucredo has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.
6. Refunds
No refunds will be issued once an application has been submitted, even if the applicant disagrees with the outcome of the evaluation.
7. Refusal of service
Ucredo reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
8. Information subject to change
Ucredo makes every effort to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on its website and promotional materials. All information is subject to change at any time. Ucredo is not liable for any damages which may arise from the use or misuse of information provided on the website or by other means.
9. Applicable law
In the event of a dispute between the applicant and Ucredo, legal proceedings shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida.
